One therapist. Fifteen years. The same hands every time.
Lauren Walker is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist — MA#62133 — and a Clinical Skin Care Specialist. She does the intake, the treatment and the follow-up herself, which is why clients here book monthly for years rather than shopping around.

HOW IT WORKS
Three things that are different here
1. The session is built around the week you have had
Chains rotate a stranger through the room every visit. Here, the person who assessed you in January is the person treating you in September, and she remembers what your left shoulder does under stressful work deadlines. Over fifteen years in natural health, blending Eastern and Western modalities, clients describe the attention to detail and a firm flowing style that leaves them relaxed and energized.
Every appointment opens with what has changed. Reviewers describe exactly this: being asked what the problem areas are, then having them worked on.
2. All-inclusive at the end, no tipping
At Wellness Rituals LLC, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an elevated, effortless wellness experience. Our pricing is all-inclusive, reflecting the true value of the exceptional care you receive. As a no-tip sanctuary for all massage and skincare services, we invite you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation without the expectation of gratuity. Your investment includes the expertise, personalized attention, and dedicated service of our highly skilled practitioners, allowing you to simply unwind, restore, and embrace being completely cared for.
Enhancements-wood therapy, infrared heat, guasha, detox oils, mineral compress, and many other enhancements come complimentary with a membership.
3. Book a few days out
There are no same-day appointments here, and that is deliberate-you deserve intentionality, not squeezed in. In the event of an emergency, it is recommended that you seek appropriate medical care or allow your nervous system time to stabilize for a few days prior to receiving a massage. Massage therapy is intended as a preventative wellness practice and is most effective when incorporated into an ongoing, consistent self-care ritual.
Massage Therapy IS Healthcare.
