BALDWIN PARK/ORLANDO
One therapist. Fifteen years. The same hands every time.
Lauren Walker is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist — MA#62133 — and a Clinical Skin Care Specialist. She does the intake, the treatment and the follow-up herself, which is why clients here book monthly for years rather than shopping around.

HOW IT WORKS
The session is built around the week you have had
Chains rotate a stranger through the room every visit. Here, the person who assessed you in January is the person treating you in September, and she remembers what your left shoulder does under stressful work deadlines. Over fifteen years in natural health, blending Eastern and Western modalities, clients describe the attention to detail and a firm flowing style that leaves them relaxed and energized.
Every appointment opens with what has changed. Reviewers describe exactly this: being asked what the problem areas are, then having them worked on.
All-inclusive at the end, no tipping
At Wellness Rituals LLC, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an elevated, effortless wellness experience. Our pricing is all-inclusive, reflecting the true value of the exceptional care you receive. As a no-tip sanctuary for all massage and skincare services, we invite you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation without the expectation of gratuity. Your investment includes the expertise, personalized attention, and dedicated service of our highly skilled practitioners, allowing you to simply unwind, restore, and embrace being completely cared for.
Enhancements-wood therapy, infrared heat, guasha, detox oils, mineral compress, and many other enhancements come complimentary with a membership.
Book a few days out
There are no same-day appointments here, and that is deliberate-you deserve intentionality, not squeezed in. In the event of an emergency, it is recommended that you seek appropriate medical care or allow your nervous system time to stabilize for a few days prior to receiving a massage. Massage therapy is intended as a preventative wellness practice and is most effective when incorporated into an ongoing, consistent self-care ritual.
THERMAL WORK
Stone and Thermal Therapy in Orlando
Three genuinely different thermal treatments, all ninety minutes and all $240 — so the choice is about what your body needs, not about what it costs.
Heat and cold are tools, not luxuries. Heat opens tissue and lets deeper work happen without fighting it. Cold shuts down inflammation and dulls a pain signal that has become the problem in its own right. Alternating the two moves fluid.
The three sessions here use them differently. Synergy Stone uses heated tools worked directly into tissue. Fire and Ice alternates hot and cold deliberately. Sticks and Stones combines warm stone work with wooden tools for broader, firmer pressure.
What the session includes
-
Three distinct 90-minute thermal sessions
-
Synergy Stone — heated tool with customized ceramic trigger point designed to apply directly into tissue and overworked muscles.
-
Fire and Ice — deliberate hot and cold contrast work to bring fresh blood flow back into stagnant tissue, and ice to bring down any residual inflammation to balance your energetics.
-
Sticks and Stones — warm stone plus warm bamboo wooden-tool to smooth and steamroll out muscle in a broader sense

HOW IT RUNS
The session, step by step
Choose by the problem, not the picture
Chronic tightness wants heat. Acute inflammation wants contrast. Broad, dense tissue wants the wooden tools.
1
3
Work the tool into the tissue
These are not stones placed on a back and left there — they are worked, which is what makes the session therapeutic rather than decorative.
2
Heat the tissue before you work it
Stone work that goes straight to pressure wastes the reason for the heat.
4
Close with the temperature the tissue wants
Warm to settle, cool to quieten. Which one closes the session depends on what was treated.

QUESTIONS
About stone & thermal therapy
A heated stone tool worked directly into the tissue rather than placed on it — broader and more even than a therapist's hands, and it holds heat right through a 90-minute session. It is $240.
