Not every headache is a migraine, and not every migraine responds to bodywork. But a large share of what people call migraines are cervicogenic or tension-driven — originating in the suboccipitals, the upper trapezius, the jaw and the scalp fascia. That kind responds to hands remarkably well.

Release the suboccipitals
