ZONE THERAPY

Reflexology in Orlando — 30 and 60 Minutes

Detailed, sustained pressure work on the feet — the session to book when you cannot face being on a table, or when your feet are the problem.

Reflexology is precise thumb and finger work across mapped zones of the foot. Whatever you make of the reflex map itself, the effect people come back for is not in dispute: an hour of sustained, specific pressure on the feet is profoundly settling, and it is one of the few treatments that works for people who do not want a full-body massage.

It is also the most practical option for anyone on their feet all day, anyone in plantar-fascia trouble, and anyone late in pregnancy who cannot get comfortable any other way.

What the session includes

  • Thirty or sixty minutes of sustained, mapped foot work

  • Fully clothed apart from footwear

  • Suitable when a full-body massage is not

  • Combined easily with other sessions across the month

  • All-inclusive pricing, no tipping

Massage Therapy Session

HOW IT RUNS

The service, step by step

1

Read the feet

Tissue quality, temperature and tender points. The feet of someone who stands for ten hours are visibly different from those of someone who sits.

3

Work the zones

Systematic thumb-walking across the sole, then the dorsum, then the ankle.

2

Warm and mobilise

Ankle and midfoot mobility first — pressure into a rigid foot achieves less than pressure into a mobile one.

4

Finish both feet evenly

Symmetry matters here more than in most modalities. An uneven session is a session you feel unevenly.
