BALDWIN PARK/ORLANDO
One therapist. Fifteen years. The same hands every time.
Lauren Walker is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist — MA#62133 — and a Clinical Skin Care Specialist. She does the intake, the treatment and the follow-up herself, which is why clients here book monthly for years rather than shopping around.

HOW IT WORKS
The session is built around the week you have had
Chains rotate a stranger through the room every visit. Here, the person who assessed you in January is the person treating you in September, and she remembers what your left shoulder does under stressful work deadlines. Over fifteen years in natural health, blending Eastern and Western modalities, clients describe the attention to detail and a firm flowing style that leaves them relaxed and energized.
Every appointment opens with what has changed. Reviewers describe exactly this: being asked what the problem areas are, then having them worked on.
All-inclusive at the end, no tipping
At Wellness Rituals LLC, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an elevated, effortless wellness experience. Our pricing is all-inclusive, reflecting the true value of the exceptional care you receive. As a no-tip sanctuary for all massage and skincare services, we invite you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation without the expectation of gratuity. Your investment includes the expertise, personalized attention, and dedicated service of our highly skilled practitioners, allowing you to simply unwind, restore, and embrace being completely cared for.
Enhancements-wood therapy, infrared heat, guasha, detox oils, mineral compress, and many other enhancements come complimentary with a membership.
Book a few days out
There are no same-day appointments here, and that is deliberate-you deserve intentionality, not squeezed in. In the event of an emergency, it is recommended that you seek appropriate medical care or allow your nervous system time to stabilize for a few days prior to receiving a massage. Massage therapy is intended as a preventative wellness practice and is most effective when incorporated into an ongoing, consistent self-care ritual.
PRENATAL CERTIFIED
PreNatal Massage in Orlando — Certified
Certified prenatal work — side-lying, properly bolstered, and with the areas that need avoiding actually known rather than guessed.
Prenatal massage is a certification for a reason. Positioning changes by trimester, several standard techniques are contraindicated, and the pressure points that are routine in general massage are the ones to stay away from.
Lauren is prenatal certified. That means the session is built around side-lying with bolstering rather than a pregnancy cushion, and around the aches that are actually pregnancy-specific: the low back, the hips, the sciatic referral and the upper back that is compensating for all three.
What the session includes
-
Certified prenatal technique
-
Side-lying with full bolstering, adjusted by trimester
-
Focus on low back, hips, sciatic referral and shoulders
-
Known contraindications observed, not improvised around
-
All-inclusive pricing, no tipping

HOW IT RUNS
The session, step by step
Confirm the stage and the history
Trimester, any complications, and what your provider has said. First trimester bookings need that conversation before the table.
1
Work the compensations
The low back and hips carry the load; the upper back and neck carry the compensation. Both get time.
3
Position, then bolster
Side-lying with support under the head, the top arm, the top knee and the bump. Getting this right is most of the comfort.
2
Change sides properly
Turning is slow and supported. It is the part of a prenatal session that a non-certified therapist rushes.

QUESTIONS
About prenatal massage
Most therapists work from the second trimester onward as a matter of routine, and first-trimester bookings are taken after a conversation about your history and your provider's guidance. However, often times the first trimester is perfectly fine to get started with massage under a certified prenatal licensed therapist.
