Reflexology
Reflexology is a system of zones and reflex areas reflecting an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body, applying little to no lotion during this healing therapy.
PreNatal Massage
PreNatal- by Certified PreNatal Therapist Lauren Walker LMT MA#62133
PreNatal Massage shares many of the goals of regular massage-to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good, but is also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.

Synergy Stone Massage
Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body thought to be energy centers to rebalance the body and mind. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. Hot stone massage is suited to people who tend to feel chilly. It is also suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using deep pressure. The use of hot stones for healing dates back to ancient times.
Thai Yoga Massage
In this unique healing system the practitioner guides you, the client, through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.

Table Top Thai Stretch Session
In this unique healing system the practitioner guides you, the client, through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on the massage table; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.
Fire and Ice
Therapeutic Massage
The Fire & Ice Massage is a 90-minute therapeutic treatment utilizing alternating warm basalt stones and cooled marble stones. This contrast therapy is designed to promote circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body's natural recovery processes. Melt away tension, awaken your senses, and leave feeling completely renewed.

Sticks and Stones
is a massage with warm bamboo sticks and heated warm river stones. Bamboo helps to stretch tired muscles while warm river stones stimulate circulation and reduce tension. Warmth and pressure from the sticks and stones melts away stress, leaving the soul refreshed and the body restored. This massage incorporates either relaxing or deep tissue techniques.
Migraine Buster Therapy
is a targeted treatment designed to relieve headache and migraine symptoms through a combination of cold stone therapy, aromatherapy, and acupressure techniques.
-
Cold Marble Stone Therapy: Smooth marble stones, chilled to a therapeutic temperature, are placed on key points of the face and neck. The cold helps constrict blood vessels, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system — all of which can help relieve migraine pressure.
-
Peppermint Scalp Massage: Peppermint essential oil is massaged into the scalp, offering a cooling sensation that helps ease tension and promote clearer breathing. Peppermint is known for its analgesic and muscle-relaxing properties, which can further reduce headache intensity.
-
Warm & Cold Towel Application: Alternating warm and cold compresses are applied to enhance circulation, relax facial muscles, and soothe sensory overload — a common migraine trigger.
-
Pressure Point Massage: Gentle but focused acupressure is applied to areas such as the temples, base of the skull, and neck. These points are known in traditional and modern therapy to help interrupt headache patterns and release built-up tension.
This therapy is ideal for individuals seeking natural, non-pharmaceutical relief from headaches or migraines. It’s also a calming treatment for those who suffer from stress-related tension.

Lomilomi

Lomilomi is an ancient Hawaiian restorative healing system, one component of which is the art of compassionate touch. Lomilomi goes far beyond massage, however; it also reflects the connection we have with the land (‘aina), the spirit guides or ancestors (‘aumakua) and the breath of life (aloha).
Lomilomi, sometimes called Hawaiian massage, is beneficial for many ailments and to increase spiritual energy and personal power (mana). The nurturing strokes are relaxing; however, one soon learns this work is therapeutic on all levels. Lomilomi is a distinctly Hawaiian healing art form that is passed down through the generations by master practitioners. The basis of this spiritual work is the “embodiment of reverence of life, wisdom, knowledge and compassion.”
Lomilomi includes many techniques, some of which are similar to what we learn in Swedish massage, while others are similar to Asian bodywork techniques. The strokes are done with the hands and forearms and are often long and sweeping, much like long, rolling waves traveling along the body. The foundation of lomilomi in many lineages includes the practice of a martial art, lua, which builds strength, focus, endurance and discipline. Traditional lomilomi sometimes also includes joint adjustments, although to practice that aspect of the work would require licensing as a chiropractor.
Lomilomi also includes range-of-motion work, deep-tissue techniques and, most importantly, the full presence of loving touch. Every cell is blessed to create balance (lokahi). The nervous system is encouraged to slow down, thereby creating the space for techniques to be received rather than pushing through a blockage in the muscle tissue. Creating movement in the spine is a primary focus of lomilomi. One might even experience unwinding similar to that which occurs in myofascial release.

The heated herbal ball is applied as a compress to sore areas. This is especially good for the neck, shoulders, and upper back. The herbal balls release its essential oils and medicinal properties which penetrate the skin. The combination of touch therapy and the soothing scents of aromatherapy create a calming effect. This effect restores balance to your senses and energy.
The herbal balls are worked along the meridian lines and acupressure points of the body to stimulate and unblock qi. This helps to create balance and harmony in the body. Some ingredients in the herbal ball mixture also have skin-clearing effect. The herbal ball can helps to clear congestion from coughs and colds.

Ritual Facial
A deep pore cleansing facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation, hot towels, extractions, and masque with a wonderful aromatic neck and shoulder massage.

Gentlemen's Facial
Much like a traditional facial, each one is customized to the specific skin type with attention to the hair follicles on a man’s face. A cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extractions and mask paired with appropriate products for men.

the purpose of a clinical facial is to treat the skin from a medical/ health perspective. Although relaxing and pleasing to the senses, the goal of a clinical facial is to promote and then maintain healthy skin. our clinical facials begin with a complete skin analysis. This analysis determines your skin type, any skin conditions that may affect the care of your skin and what medical grade skin care products should be used to treat your skin. The aesthetician then cleanses the skin, performs the appropriate exfoliation method for your needs (enzyme, scrub, microdermabrasion, mild chemical peel) and then steams the skin to open the pores. The combination of exfoliation and steaming prepares the skin for the next step which is extractions, or the cleaning out of the pores (blackheads, milia, excess oil, etc). After extractions, we gently massage the face using a product chosen for your skin type. This facial massage begins to calm the skin and relaxes the client at the same time. A treatment mask that is chosen for your skin condition (rosacea, acne, etc.) or skin type is then applied. Finally, a hydrating product (for oily skin) or a moisturizing product (for other skin types) is used before a final application of SPF to protect your skin as you leave. As part of your skin analysis, your aesthetician will recommend a morning and evening regimen for your home skin care, incorporating existing products you may have and/ or medical grade skin care products from our center. By following the suggested home regimen and scheduling regular clinical facial treatments (every 2 – 4 weeks), your skin will respond with a healthy, younger looking glow.

If you struggle with back acne, a back facial will help to cleanse, exfoliate the skin, while treating any congestion and reveal a brighter and smoother skin. A customized mask is applied to clarify and soften the skin while providing a deep moisturizing treatment.
